01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3999 bet platform — whether through the website at 3999-bet.club, the mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 3999 bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 3999 bet, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3999 bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 3999 bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

• One account per person, per device, per household.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• 3999 bet may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals.

KYC verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. This process protects both you and the platform from fraud and identity theft.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

3999 bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the primary payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. We do not currently support international card payments or cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your 3999 bet account in real time after confirmation from the payment provider.
• 3999 bet does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• Withdrawals are processed same-day for verified accounts, typically within 2–4 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• 3999 bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met.

05 Games & Betting Rules

All games available on 3999 bet — including MT Live, Mine, Mines Grand, Coin, Diamond Tycoon, and others — operate using a provably fair system based on SHA-256 cryptographic hashing. The outcome of every round is determined before bets are placed, and the result can be independently verified by any player after the round ends.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a round begins, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a round, 3999 bet will void the round and return all bets to players' accounts.
• Game results are final once the round is complete and verified.
• Players may not use automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any game.

3999 bet monitors all game activity for unusual patterns. Accounts found to be using automated tools or exploiting game mechanics will be suspended and any winnings from such activity will be voided.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

3999 bet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• 3999 bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

07 Responsible Gaming

3999 bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their activity on the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel your gaming is out of control.

If 3999 bet identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, we reserve the right to apply account restrictions proactively — including deposit limits or temporary suspension — without prior notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3999 bet platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.

• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account.

09 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3999 bet login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Account Termination

Either you or 3999 bet may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

3999 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50, deducted from the account balance.
• Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months may be closed without notice.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

3999 bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• 3999 bet is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or internet connectivity issues on your end.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any player in any given month is limited to the total amount deposited by that player during that month.

13 Changes to Terms

3999 bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use the 3999 bet platform after the updated terms come into effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
